I made these for my family on Christmas Eve. They were skeptical because they are used to the more traditional fare but these were a HUGE hit. One disclosure, we eat healthy so I baked them instead of frying them. I was skeptical but they bake perfectly. Even better then next day .

MArio's Tuna Polpotte are delicioso!
I had to come up with something new for some fresh tuna that was given to us. Very easy to pull together once you have the ingredients. Which i now keep on hand.
Must serve w/sauce. Can use spicy sause too. mmm good.
