    The flavors were awesome, the cooking prep and time were perfect, and the meat was tender. I am always looking for new recipes for poultry. My entire family loved it. This one was a winner.

    this was a disappointment. It lacked any real flavor except the saltiness from the prosciutto. I had to throw out the leftovers. I followed the directions precisely, so Im not sure why it turned out so bland.

    A great way to have turkey cutlets. Easy to make, and the sauce is awesome. I use it for pasta, too.
