    Our entire family loved this dish. It was difficult finding a large veal breast so I made it using several small pieces of veal, filling them as instructed, rolling and tying with twine. I decreased the cooking time also, since the pieces were smaller. The pine nuts and raisins really make this dish and the sauce is great. Highly recommended.
