Oh, yum, YUM!!! I've never cooked, much less charred, onions for dip and this was super delicious!! The one downer was the time involved in dicing, slicing that many slippery, charred onions and scallions.....but it was worth it. It tastes like grown-up, delicious onion dip!

Today I made Justin's fauxritos and made this dip to go with them. Pretty tasty on both counts. I think next time I will add some roasted garlic to the dip and use a bit more hot sauce.
