    I loved these cupcakes except mine came out a little dry. Any ideas what I could have done wrong and how to correct it. I followed the recipe exact. could I have mixed to long to dry them out???

    I used pecans instead of walnuts and my in-laws loved them!!
    I tried a thick base and a thin base but didn't make much difference. YUMM!!

    Wanted to try something new for the family. These were a big hit, with the kids and the adults. Very easy and nice looking. I added 1/2 a cherry and chocolate sprinkles. A definite keeper.

    Recipe was very easy to follow and all the timings were extremely accurate.
    The cupcakes were yummy and everyone loved them! As other people said, they were a bit on the dry side but nothing that would be a problem.
    My favourite part was the ganache frosting.
