This recipe is a crowd pleaser. I first made this for Easter and it was a hit. I substituted the ham for pancetta and worked well. Also good without meat. Great for brunch!

This was the best. It took a little time to make but well worth it. I took one to my office and it was gone in minutes. The flavor was fantastic.

I made the filling the afternoon before and let it refrigerate overnight. All I had to do New Year's morning was place the pie crust in the pan, give the filling a good stir, pour it in the pan, arrange the top crust, and bake it in the oven. It turned out picture perfect and tasted wonderful. I will definitely make this again!

Lovely recipes and lovely hostess but she could use a few tips.
Good idea to have eggs already cracked and in a bowl. Hard to get the egg shells out of the mix. Use water to moisten the two layers of pie crust for a good seal. Use a small spring scoop to put batter into the cupcakes.
Measure accurately or have it measured ahead of time, etc. I recognize the time constraints in such a program and she does a lovely job otherwise but new cooks need to have good techniques modeled for them.
Great show, however and my takaway was the orange liquor on the fruit salad. Great idea.
This is my first time watching this show.

Loved this "quiche" with top crust. Made two.... one with the smoked ham and one with mild Italian sauage.BOTH were the first to go at a family brunch. The top crust kept the kids guessing cause they just DON'T EAT "quiche"..haha fooled them!!!
