Very good, used beef, veal and pork mixture instead of just beef. I also added some mushrooms and used a ketchup, mustard and brown sugar combination for the top of the meatloaf.

We usually do not like meatloaf, but even the kids will eat this one. The veggies can be changed to your personal taste. No matter what you add, this recipe is a very good way to get the extra vitamins in a picky diet.

This recipe is great - very easy, and the flavor and texture are excellent. It's a traditional meatloaf without any unusual twists.
I use a glaze of catsup, brown sugar, and a dash of hot pepper sauce, and it tastes great!
