This is fantastic! So simple and delicious. We love it with corn tortillas, cilantro, BBQ sauce, and avocado. I use 1/2 c chicken broth instead of white wine.

I thought this was pretty good. Meat didn't have a ton of flavor. I ended up putting on buns with a little BBQ sauce and cole slaw on top, that was fantastic.

This was just "okay". Some of the recipes were a stretch, like the pork shoulder shepherd's pie. I didn't see any exciting new ideas here, though. Just standard fare.

Great reviews here but just did not work for us. Followed the recipe, used a very good Chardonnay and maybe that's why it did not work. Maybe a different dry white wine would yield a better result. Tender yes, fall apart, not really, but just tasted, well . . . sort of odd. I used a b/less 3.33 pork shoulder and although I mixed the S&P as written, I refrained from using the entire mixture since I was shy of a 4# cut of meat. I stayed true to the garlic and onions, however. Not sure if I'd try it again.

We've made this recipe several times and love it. Throw it on some butter toasted rolls with fresh tomatoes, you can't beat it.

I used two 1 pound bone in pork shoulders stacked on top of each other with a little more wine and it was fantastic.

This was very good. I used 1 cup of wine and put in some beef boulion. I had a 8 lb pork shoulder, but it was tender and really delicious. This is my 2nd time making this recipe.MMMMM good.
