    I made these with my husband and kids...we had so much fun and these were so good, great texture and nice and flakey and the cream chesse adds great flavor! I dont have a food processor just used a hand held pastry cutter and it worked out fine! Will be making these again, again, again........

    Watched Melissa this morning and thought WOW!! Easy Empanada recipe. My daughter loves Calavasa Empanadas and where we live can't buy them (and I hate making the dough. Tried this dough and turned out fantastic. Didn't have applesauce, but used canned cherry pie filling and apple pie filling...turned out FANTASTIC!! Thanks Melissa!!!!
