My kids loved it & it was super easy. I used the sweetened applesauce because I knew my kids wouldn't eat the unsweetened version.

I watched Melissa's video on this recipe and was a little uncertain about the maple syrup but it looked so easy to make that I immediately made it for my family. Loved it!! I think next time, I'll either use vanilla yogurt (instead of plain or sweetened applesauce (instead of unsweetened to give it a litle more sweetness and less tartness from the applesauce. Really happy Melissa's a part of the Food Network family!!

This was surprisingly wonderful! I never thought to freeze applesauce. I used vanilla yogurt. Everyone loved it, but it made us cold and we couldn't finish it - will save this recipe for a nice treat on a hot day.

I went out and bought the ingredients the day after the episode aired. It was easy and tasty. I really like Melissa and her show.

Nothing great - found it rather simplistic, without a huge amount of flavor.

This was absolutely perfect for dessert after the cafe green salad and potato torte. It is extremely easy to make. I used a regular jar of applesauce and made extra yogurt sauce to go on top. I think anyone no matter how old or young, sophisticated taste or simple taste would love this dessert. This is an excellent use of inexpensive ingredients.

NIce light dessert. I totally disagree with at least one other reviewer who said it was expensive. For Pete's sake...how much did you pay for your yogurt and applesauce, and who doesn't have maple syrup on hand??? Anyway, I thought the dessert was very refreshing...a great ending for a meal that is on the heavier side.

I had the ingredients on-hand, and made it as a Sunday snack for my kids who adored it. My daughter had more the next morning for breakfast. It's lowfat, low salt, and even has some protein as well as lots of flavor. Simple, healthy, love it!!
