My teenaged daughter made these for gluten-free guests. She followed the recipe exactly and they came out beautiful and delicious. Easy to make and delightful.

The first time I made these they browned very quickly and I'm not sure why because I didn't even leave them in the full time. They still had great flavor and set very well but still cannot figure out why they browned so quickly. I just wanted to let others know that this is a great and easy short cut desert to make that turns out great and is very impressive. But be SURE to keep an eye on them. They can brown quicker than you think!!

Awesome dessert. I made a double batch for a dinner party. Everyone, men and women loved it. Preparation was easy and results looked like I had been in the kitchen all day.

I saw this show today and I had to make them right then and there. I made them for my whole family and they all loved it. When I was pouring the vanilla in I poured as much as I wanted to. When I was cutting the berries I put them in a bowl with some sugar and let them sit until served and that made a little sauce because I did not have any apricot jam. I think that this recipe is great to do for a dessert on a last minute. Next i want to do mixed berries and peaches. I will recommend this recipe to anybody. PS I'm only 12 years old. I love baking AND Melissa's recipes.

I had to make these right away and only had fresh peaches. We just picked them up to eat them and what a hit. Going to try red rasberries, whipped creme, and chocolate sauce next. Could you tell us a way to make the shells days in advance and be able to keep them hard/soft?

This is a super easy recipe made out of things that most everyone keeps in their kitchen. I added Kahula to the whipping cream and it was nice added touch. The berries we used were blueberries. I brought it to dinner and it was a huge hit!

easy! made this today. I didn't have whipping cream so I used Melissa's custard recipe and used the leftover yolks from the meringue. love her show and recipes are so easy!!
Thanks Melissa
