Next time I will use applesauce in place of oil. To oily tasting for me. Otherwise I loved the recipe.

These were ok but nothing special. The texture was odd w/ not enough chocolate flavor. Nice way to add some protein (using the black beans but was a bit of a disappointment

These were Great!! I used 1/2 cup of applesauce and 2 tbsp of olive oil and used 1/3 cup oat flour w/ 2 tbsp of all purpose flour to make a little healthier!! Family love them!! Cut up fresh strawberries and cool whip!

I thought these were fantastic...and so did my hubby, and he's not usually into brownies! I don't understand how previous post says these aren't any healthier for you than regular brownies though...they have 1/3 of the flour than most, lil less sugar, olive oil is def much healthier than shortening or butter, and beans are great for you!! I would think they would have to be better for you??? PS the batter was unbelievably smooth and taste awesome:

These brownies are my new favorite treat!!! I swapped the regular flour for whole wheat flour, put a bit less than 1/3 cup and add some wheat germ. Also, instead of the sugar i put Stevia(same taste, you won't be able to tell the difference, and less calories!!! I added some of the liquid form the black beans(if you're using canned beans and they become so moist. So,way healthier and super delicious!!!!! Thank you so much,Melissa!

I signed up just to save these brownies from the 3 negative reviews that show up on the front page. All the earlier ones are really positive. These brownies aren't much healthier than regular ones but they taste really good.

These are surprisingly good, and a cool way to get some protein. Nice balance!
