    I served this for dinner last night along with sliced red onions and cucumbers, chopped tomatoes, Kalamata olives, Feta cheese and a good naan bread. A delicious & quick summer meal, for which I had all the ingredients on hand. We ate all the dip, and I've already made more today! I added a handful of cilantro and I used a whole can of drained beans instead of a cup. Otherwise, I followed the recipe exactly.

    I made this with some variations, adding fresh parsley and some crushed red pepper and it was good.

    So thankful for another yummy recipe to add to my collection. I made this incredibly easy hummus before meeting my girlfriends and kids at the beach. I didn't have a chance to taste it before heading out, so we all tested it together. We loved it and everyone wants the recipe : - thanks Melissa!

    Made with a can of drained black beans--larger amount of beans, so increased everything else by 50-100%. Also added a couple tablespoons of cilantro. Very tasty, was gone quickly!

    I made this recipe for Hummus for the girls at work and it has a huge hit! I didn't have any ground cumin in my spice rack so I used Nutmeg instead. It was a perfect marriage of flavors for my taste buds!

    I made this last night to test it for a wine and cheese party in a few days. I used a lime (juice and zest instead of lemon and added a bit more garlic along with a sprinkle of red pepper flakes. It was perfect. Will serve with carrots and pita chips. Excellent dip.

    The vinegar and lemon juice overwhelm this recipe (and I eat lemons, skin and all, as a snack. I have to wonder whether the "TBS" for those ingredients was meant to read "tsp". I can't believe that anyone thinks this recipe as written is good. It's barely edible.

    I loved this! Told my husband to try it and got the "I don't like hummus" answer. I convinced him to just taste it. Bad idea. Before I knew it, it was gone!

    After watching Melissa make this on her show I wanted to try it. I had all the ingredients in the house except for the white wine vinegar and lemon juice. I made this without the lemon juice and substituted red wine vinegar instead of the white wine vinegar since that is what I had on hand. It was fantastic. I ate it with carrot sticks as I didn't have lettuce on hand either! I will try this recipe again when I have the correct ingredients and am sure it will be even better!
