I got in love with this recipe from the very first time you made it. I love crepes and I was having a very hard time finding a fast and easy recipe!

    Thank you so much Melissa!

Whipped this up for my family and everyone just loved it. It was so easy to make and tasted just scrumptious. I couldn't believe how simple crepes could be to cook. Thanks again Melissa for another great recipe.

The recipe for making recipes turned out perfectly. So often the texture, flavor or something is off, but this recipe was just right! I have already made these twice. I love them.

The custard sauce tasted like a freshly made-from-scratch pudding, something I've never tried. It was DELICIOUS! It can be served by itself.
I enjoyed the process of making the crepes. I tested with two pans - one a non-stick small skillet and the other an actual crepe pan I had never used before. The crepe pan won out after the first few crepes - it was a little heavier, tho not much bigger, than the non-stick.
I have always been afraid of trying to make crepes before. I need practice, but I did it and I will do it again and add savory ingredients in the future as well as making wonderful desserts like this one. I used cherry preserves because that's all I had. Excellent. It was a beautiful presentation and the crepes were scrumptious with the sauce. We ate it all. I appreciate that Melissa demonstrated on her show how to roll them. She made it look easy enough for me to try it and I'm very very glad I did.
Thank you, Melissa! You're the best.
ps I've heard that crepes can be made ahead and frozen.

This recipe looked absolutely delicious. One suggestion though, Melissa shows how to spin the crepe pan to distribute all the batter evenly to the edges, but never shows how to flip the crepes. Never having made one I don't know. She just shows a stack of already done ones and the last one coming out of the pan. Are you supposed to flip the crepe in the air and catch it in the pan, or use a spatula?

I did not make the entire recipe- just the crepes and it couldn't be easier! I made savory (cheese turkey tomato avacado crepes for dinner and then dessert (banana and nutella crepes. Turned out perfect!

I remember eating crepes as a child, but never knew how to make them. I was excited to try this recipe. My 5 month old daughter woke up half way through and I finished them up with her in one arm. It was very easy!

The crepes turned out great. I burned the first one, but adjusted the heat and the rest came out great.

The custard sauce was delicious! I'm already trying to decide what else I can use it on. (Baked bananas and vanilla wafers? It was very easy as well. The eggs did curdle a little, even though I tempered them first. Next time I'll let the tablespoon of milk cool a little more before I pour it in.

I'm really enjoying the show. I've tried at least half of the recipes so far. I feel like she's actually teaching me how to cook, and not just make recipes. Even if I don't like what she's making, I still watch every episode just to see what I can learn. THANK YOU MELISSA!

This was my brunch after watching the show. It was maybe may second time ever having crepes. I used a pancake mix to get the crepes started since I was so hungry.

The custard sauce was delicious and easy to prepare. It's a keeper.

For the filling, I used blueberries, rasberry preserves and lemon juice. I served it up with some bacon...yummy brunch.
