Amazing sauce. I did not have tomato paste, so I substituted it with a can of condensed tomato soup. The whole family loved this meal.

Family loved this and gave it 5 stars! I used boneless country style ribs as that is what was in the freezer but that was my only change. Would probably use more vegetables but the taste was rich and flavorful. Polenta was very creamy and not too overly savory. Nice Saturday supper.

What a treat! I'd bought some country style ribs (on sale, but had no idea how to cook them. I found this recipe and read the reviews. It seemed pretty easy so I gave this one a try. DELICIOUS!! The only 'real' work was browning the ribs and cutting the vegies. The dutch oven did the rest. I'll definitely be using this one again. Thanks a bunch!!

Delicious!!!!! I took swatasha260_115's advice and cut down on the amount of oil put in the pan so the sauce didn't turn out oily/greasy at all. The pork is so tender it didn't take a knife to cut....just used the fork. Since this was the first time I'd used this recipe I had to taste it. Hope I can wait until supper now! This one is definitely a keeper!

I loved this recipe! I am not usually a big left over fan but I ate this about three other nights til it was all gone. My only comment is to watch how much oil is in the pot after you brown the meat. Depending on how fatty the pork is you can end up with an oily sauce. That's what happened when I made it, it was still really good just oily. Next time I make it I won't use as much oil or just not add anymore after browning. I made mine with mashed potatoes instead of polenta and the sauce was delicious on them. I plan on making it again this week!

I, absolutely LOVE this recipe! My boyfriend and I make this every week. The ribs turn out fully cooked and juicy, and the polenta is AMAZING. We've never heard of polenta before this recipe and figured we'd give it a try, and it was awesome, we have even replaced our potatoes in other meals with it. I follow this recipe exactly as it's written with no complaints, it's perfect, love every part of it.

Great recipe! I do not have a dutch oven so I browned the ribs and made the sauce on the stove then transferred to a 9x13 glass dish before putting it in the oven. Took less time (about 1 hr 15 min and turned out beautifully!

My husband and I really liked this a lot!!! I would say "love" but I think I went just a little overboard with the salt! For surrrre I'll be making this again!!! My husband said he would love the "sauce" with steak so next time I might try steak!
