I have had a Madeline pan for several years, but the only time I tried to make them they were a total flop. Today, I followed Melissa's directions exactly and they were WONDERFUL! Thanks Melissa. I am going to make these for a baby shower in September. As always, you have made me look like a pro. THANKS!!!!

Wonderful....easy and only one madelaine pan needed! Thank you Melissa! I should add that the butter browning took a bit longer, and the madelaines needed to be cooked a bit less...but those were my own issues....will def make them again

I have not tried the recipe as of yet but I will. I wanted to comment on the background music in which Foodnetwork plays during the cooking show. Perhaps they can lower the sound as it is very distracting and overpowering and should be heard lightly in the background.

What an easy recipe for such delicious results! The orange zest really gives a fresh, bright taste. I didn't have madeleine pans (which I will plan to definately purchase so I used a mini muffin tin and cut the time down to 7 1/2 minutes. Also, a very important tip to remember whenever using dark pans, cut the temperature by 25 degrees so the bottoms don't brown quicker than the rest.

Super easy to make, especially fun with kids!
I used mini-muffin pans and dropped the bake time to 6 minutes, they turned out perfect.
