Simple and decedent. Cooling them down in the ice bath was great. We did not have to wait hours for desert. Everything that I have made of Melissa's has been really great. Thanks Melissa

It's so great when you make a recipe that elicits the same reaction you had when you saw it made on tv. This is one of those recipes. It doesn't look like very much when you pour it in the ramekins, but it is so rich and refreshing that it is plenty for a final touch to a meal. I had some light whipped cream left over from another recipe so I topped them off with it and it was a nice touch.

These were delicious and my family declared them their favorite Melissa dessert so far. However, I baked mine 30 minutes and they seemed done, but were runny at the bottom half. Still, I'd make these again any day because they were easy and my family loved them!

To solve this problem I cooked mine 30 minutes and made sure each serving was 1/2 cup.
    No wobbling.

My kids are not coffee fans, so I thought I would try it with cocoa powder instead. I am not a good cook so I am not sure this would sub in ok - any thoughts. If I don't hear back, I will try it and let you know!

I don't like coffee, but thought this would be good with cocoa powder instead of expresso. Thick, creamy, yummy chocolately goodness! My only issue was that after 25 minutes in the oven, the edges were doing what I thought they should be doing, and so I took them out of the oven. 4 hours later, middle was still runny. We ate them anyway, and they tasted great. The next day the consistency was the same, but so was the taste! I guess maybe I should have cooked them longer, or get a better handle on what Melissa meant by "wobbly"! I WILL make this again, so easy and so good!

Very simple and tasty. We don't like overly sweet deserts so I reduced the white sugar and added a shot of coffee liquor. Turned out great.

Since my husband doesn't like white sugar, I only used 1 table spoon of brown sugar, and I substitute cinstant coffee powder.
It turned out excellent. My husband ate 2 of them.

This is a really good recipe! This is good as is, or as a custard base to ice cream!

I love the coffee taste, couldn/t wait to try it. I went out and bought everything I needed to do the desert. Very smooth and satisfying. You were definely the right choice for the show.
