Wow. This might be the best dressing I've ever made and it's really easy to do. Nice, light compliment to a heavier protein and veggies. My new go-to dressing...

Simple, excellent salad, just as written. Soy adds a unique flavor. Really, really good.

The soy sauce makes it. Amazing. Wanted to note that while making this at a friends house I used apple-cider vinegar (they didn't even own a whisk let alone balsamic vinegar and it worked! Really well. I was not expecting it to-- so FYI you can sub ACV in this recipe, it changes the taste (duh but still tastes great.

Stumbled upon this gem of a recipe for my book club last night. I took a gamble, but judging from the reviews thought it was worth my chances of tasty success. I didn't have a wooden bowl, so I minced my garlic clove on the microplane instead...LOVED IT! This was also my first time making homemade dressing for a salad and I was certainly impressed! Thank you Melissa!

This salad dressing is fantastic. I tossed baby mixed greens into it and we enjoyed it very much. I will definitely be using this recipe for a "go to". It would be great with gorgonzola, thin sliced apples, cranberries and pecans too!

FANTASTIC!!! #1 go to for salads. First time I made this, used greens and red bell peppers. Second time, used greens, bell peppers, and added artichoke. It just keeps getting better and better.
