Loved it... I spent more than $10, but it was well worth it!

Whether or not you spend $10 has a lot to do with where you shop. I usually spend more on her meals but still this is a great dish and even if a bit more than $10 it is cheap. I like every recipe Melissa has shown but this is one of the better.

I watched Melissa make this the other day and I made it exactly as she did except I added chicken breasts with the thighs. Everyone loved it, great taste and easy to do. I will make this again and again.

This was a big hit with my family. I left the skin on my chicken and added more sour cream and a little less mustard. I will add this dish to some of my weekly standards.

I only used half of the dijon mustard and it was delicious!

I used boneless, skinless chicken thighs because I buy them in bulk at a warehouse club. They were perfect in this recipe. I also used a bit less mustard and a bit more sour cream. Other than that I followed the recipe as printed. It was a hit with everyone - adults and children alike. The children were especially fond of the noodles!

I made this for my family last night and it was delicious! I was lucky enough to come up on a sale on the chicken thighs. I got 5 pounds for $2.50! The only thing I changed about this recipe was the amount of mustard. I used 2 tablespoons and it was just enough. I could taste the mustard without being overwhelmed by it. Yet another delicious recipe! Thanks Melissa!

There are many recipes out there for varieties of dijon chicken and we did not think this was one of the better ones. The mustard taste was too strong so it seemed more like a one-flavoring dinner than something truly culinary. I did follow the recipes, no adds of my own, and would not make this again.

I made this for my family last night. It was a HIT. I added 4 tablespoons of butter to the noodles and a little granulated garlic power along with the other ingredients. I also used 2 tablespoons of fresh tarragon. My family like it so much I wrote in the family keepsake recipe book for my grandson's future wife.
