    I have made this several times and it's been wonderful each time. I have used dried mushrooms as well as fresh. The dried add a more complex flavor (and is a simple pantry item to grab if you don't have fresh on hand.

    Wonderful change for chicken. I followed some of the advise from previous posts: a little less mustard and tarragon(not too much less, I used the noodle recipe(also wonderful and cooked it bit longer so the sauce was nice and thick. This recipe was a hit with our family and friends. Thank you!

    oh. my. gosh. i looooove this recipe. i've made it twice with awesome results. the first time i made it with mashed potatoes, which was great, but i definitely reccomend making it with the buttered noodle recipe included. you won't be sorry :

    This was a wonderful dish. I made it for my husband several weeks ago and it was so good that I made it for company and everyone loved it. I used both thighs and breasts along with the egg noodles and leek dish.

    ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! My husband adored this and couldn't stop raving about it too! Like a few other people, I also used chicken breasts and I served this with mashed potatoes which absorbed some of the sauce so well. This took me slightly longer than the time shown but was totally worth it. Thanks so much Melissa! Definitely a keeper!

    Great recipe, not only for during the week though! I also substituted the tarragon with oregano and used Mexican crema instead of sour cream. This is only because that is what I had in my fridge. I really enjoy the $10 meal show, thanks for all the great insight and buying tips Melissa :

    Who would have thought mustard on your chicken?! This was simply amazing. I had to share it with co-workers, family, friends...well not the dish itself (my family of picky eaters never came up for a breath while eating but the receipt. This is indeed a keeper. Thanks for sharing!
