If other people had success I'm happy for them - but using the food processor no matter how sparingly lead to what I can only call chicken paste. Needless to say the finished meatballs were no good. This may be a good recipe if you forgo the food processor all together.

delicious! I'm always trying to make things easier, so I used a can of chicken instead and it took less prep time and worked great!!! I had to use my broiler on Low for 4 minutes to brown the outside and then bake it on 375 with foil over it for another 10 minutes. My husband said it tasted like a crab cake!!! yum!

Very easy to make. I had a package of ground turkey which I used instead of the chicken, and I topped the meatballs with basil instead of parsley. The seasonings were just right, and the bacon gave just a slight smokey hint of flavor. Make a quick Swedish meatball sauce, put these guys over noodles, and you have a great meal.
