    these things are awesome, and super easy. I have made them 2 times already. I think next time I make them I'm gonna try not to cook them quite as long, I would like a little more chewy texture, and these (at least mine are more on the crisp side. They are still absolutely fabulous!

    This is why I love Melissa -- she took ingredients that I have at home and gave me a dessert that I've never seen before and the kids LOVED!! I made it the same way as Melissa the first time and it was great. To save myself some time (and calories later, I did what some people suggested and sprayed the tortillas with butter cooking spray instead and added skim milk instead of cream. The kids didn't notice. I would also cheat and use Cool Whip when I needed to be quicker. Thanks for an awesome dessert!!

    PURE PERFECTION!! What a perfect ending to a great meal. Went perfectly with Sunny Anderson's flautas, and Guy's black bean salad! Will definitely become a staple at our house on Mexican food night!

    Immediately after watching your show, I made these to pack in our lunch (minus the chocolate since we were traveling. Quick and easy and delicious! I experimented on a couple of tortillas by spraying them with that "diet margarine"...you really couldn't tell the difference so you could cut down on the fat a little. I will definitely make these again (and again for a quick snack. Yummy!
