    This is delicious. I used our leftover sweet potatoes. This cake is so moist and super tasty, especially with the orange zest. This made a great birthday cake for my daughter and my whole family loved it. I served with a chocolate orange frosting. Soooooo yummy!

    I made this today with my leftover yams from Thanksgiving - it turned out great! The cake is very moist and not too sweet. The addition of the orange zest and juice gives it a nice, fresh flavor. It's a very pretty cake, too, with the chocolate and the orange. Thanks Melissa!
