Delicious and fairly easy! Also, surprisingly pretty dish~ great eye appeal for company. We used fingerling potatoes, still sliced 1/4", and used kalamata olives. As Melissa said, use whatever white fish you find on sale. Definitely making this again!

This was much better than I thought it would be. We will make this again.

Wow. I've made this multiple times, and just LOVE the flavors. I use tilapia and kalamata olives and cook the potatoes a tad longer (otherwise they can turn out on the crunchy side, as I've only ever made this with red potatoes. So, so good, and healthy. Serve with a green salad and crusty bread!

My sister, Betty, and I made this recipe together for the two of us. We LOVED it and will make it again and again for our families. We also added dried oregano and used a mix of Greek olives. The dish was absolutely delicious!

Watched episode on Claypot fish and potatoes. Interesting simple recipe lovely presentation. 3/4 pound of Cod, flounder or haddock would be the Ten dollars, olive bar olives and Yukon Golds bring you way over budget and one is just getting started. I'm sure it may be possible but the way the producers present the ingredients they're spending a lot more than Ten dollars. Would also be good "en papillote".

Loved the simplicity of the construction and the freshness of the ingredients. Added a little more garlic having a lot of Italians in my house and still loved it. Will make it again! Thanks Melissa.

I find myself making more and more of Melissa's recipes. They are consistently delicious. This simple dish is no exception. The flavors were fresh, uncomplicated and wonderful together. I followed the recipe exactly but needed to bake it much longer than suggested. Melissa, I hope you get an opportunity to have a show that doesn't restrict you to $10. I can only imagine how good your recipes will be without that restriction.

Liked this alot. I did parboil potato as indicated but didn't particularly like/need. Next time will not do potato. I overcooked the fish a tiny bit but was still excellent. At first was disappointed as flavor was a little blane then decided to put the sauce in the bottom of the pan on top of the dish and it made a world of difference! Very good, will make again.
Didn't have clay pot but used a Corning Ware deep dish and turned out good.

What a great recipe!! I actually have a clay pot I cooked it in, but I had russet potatoes and Kalamata olives instead of yukon and black olives. Oh and I used a pint of grape tomatoes instead of the Romas. Still it turned out great!! Definately a good thing to par-boil those potatoes. I used Cod, and I felt the entire dish had plenty of flavor. The olives really added a salty bite. I also used a bit more garlic than written, but I LOVE garlic. Simple, fast, easy, and very delicious!!
