It was o.k. It seems like there was too much cranberry sauce and not enough whipped cream but overall, it was pretty good.

This was even better than I hoped!! To make it a little more elegant I shaved dark chocolate between the layers and on top with candied pecans instead of plain. Served in individual trifle
    Bowls.

I thought this was a really great recipe! the only problem was that I thought that I had an orange at home so when I was making the recipe I realized I didnt have one. Sooooo I had to make the recipe without the orange juice and orange zest. But besides that I think it tasted pretty darn good!

This parfait was not only easy but excellent my husband felt it could be served in a 5 star restaurant and of course I took credit but you deserve the props. Light fluffy and the pecans made it and I dont even like cranberry sauce will be making this alot and took your suggested and stocked up on that cheap cranberry sauce you are the greatest.

My husband and I are trying to eat very little sugar so I got sugar-free orange marmalade and used Splenda in the whipped cream. I also added a little more Splenda to tone done the acidity of the yogurt (but very little actually. We both loved the recipe and will definitely make it again -- probably for company. It tastes good and looks fancy. Thanks, Melissa.

The Parfait is ok but to me it needs more sugar. The tangy greek yougur combined with the tangy cranberry needs more sugar to balance it out. Its just a personal preference. Its pretty when served in pretty wine glasses or martini glasses which is what I did as I only have 3 parfait glasses and had 2 guests plus my husband and myself. My guests were delightfully surprised when they got cranberry and not raspberry which is what it looks like when made up. Overall I would say its an average desert and if I make it again I will definately increase the sugar..

My husband loved it! I made it with boysenberry sauce in stead of cranberry but it was still really good. I like this recipe cause I can use something different and just need to think it goes along with another taste.
I will definitely make it again.
    Go Melissa!
