I made this last year and will make again this year, it was requested by my family. I also have some in-laws who asked me for the recipe.

I made this last year, and now my husband insists we have it every year! He absolutely loved it! So it's in my "favorites" section.

The best tasting salsa ever! I actually doubled the batch and it was gobbled up! I am going to can it as well!

I made this for a Christmas party and it was a hit - since I left the seeds in the jalapeno there was a slight kick and for most people that was addictive. The cranberries were not overpowering and I like that there was not added sugar. I used Rotel tomatoes and Trader Joe's fresh cranberry sauce.

Not a huge Melissa fan but have to admit that some her recipes are really quite good. This was a great way to use leftover cranberry sauce! Everyone insists on having it on Thanksgiving but only eats a tablespoon of it so we always have tons leftover. Microwaving the onions was a great way to take the harshness out. As another reviewer suggested, I omitted the Mexican flavored canned tomatoes and used fresh tomatoes instead. Also added a clove of garlic and habanero pepper (we like it hot! I'm not a big fan of "fruity" mixed with savory but this salsa really works! Not as sweet as mango salsa and had a good bite. The consistency I made it came out more like pico de gallo but still really good. I also made taquitos out of the turkey leftover but just rolled up the turkey as-is to make it a bit more kid-friendly. Kids loved the taquitos, husband loved the salsa!

Saw this episode for using left over turkey and cranberry sauce and thought I'd give it a try. It was super easy to make and very tasty. I followed the recipe exactly and used the rest of the salsa for dipping with chips. Very yummy and I will make this again with cooked chicken.

I made this salsa along with the turkey taquitos with the leftovers from Thanksgiving. The salsa was gone! Everyone gobbled it up. I added an extra jalepeno and one serano chili. Sweet and spicy!

Sweet/Spicy taste, but runny consistency. I'd use fresh tomatoes instead of canned and add extra jalapeno. Plan to revamp and serve over cream cheese for Thanksgiving.

Saw this on $ 10 Dinners yesterday & thought it would be just the thing to use up some of the very early Thanksgiving leftovers I had from a company Thanksgiving.

It was fabulous. I left the tomatoes out of the Turkey Taquitos because we like a drier Taquito, but stayed with the recipe otherwise. Now I just want more things to serve this awesome, flavorful Salsa with!
