I just poured it in my crock pot! Know it will be a hit at the pot luck later today, and I used 6 cups of liquid, and 1 cup corn meal, including chicken stock, milk, and half and half. Know it will be yum yum yummy!

This was wonderful I used fat free milk and fat free half and half but followed the other directions. I appreciated the ability to use the crock pot at the end, and a small 2 quart one was ample for this recipe. My husband is a hearty eater and he ate most of it at one sitting and said it was "really good". I appreciated the tip about the ratio of liquid to corn meal that was given on the show (7 to 1 ratio. Unlike the recipe by Scott Conant, this does not call for constant on the stove cooking. I prefer Melissa's recipe.

Hey Melissa, Great recipe. Next time you run into Chef Scott C. try to get his pasta recipe out of him. To my FN pals has anyone cooled and grilled this polenta off yet ? We had none left for a try.
