Terrific - very inexpensive and healthy. I think this will be my new favorite "go-to" dip and/or sauce. Quick, easy prep, and does not have to sit to develop the flavors. Great job Melissa.

I was very pleasantly surprised at how much we like this sauce. Really added a taste dimension to the falafels. One can of beans yields a double batch.

My husband didn't even know that this wasn't the traditional tahini paste based sauce used on falafel. I added a few drops of sesame oil to it which helped imitate the flavor of tahini. This is a budget friendly sauce because tahini is more expensive than white beans. These days I really appreciate a cheaper solution. Plus it tastes great. I could put this on shoe leather and love it.

So easy and so good! Great for the falafel, for which it was intended, and veggies.
