Delicious!!!!! Even my steak & potato father likes the kale chips. I read some reviews prior to trying this recipe. I would recommend putting olive oil on your hands, then massage the kale chunks, because you really do not need that much olive oil. Then, I would make sure that you preheat your oven first prior to putting the kale in the oven. Finally, I took the recommendation of cooking for 10 min., then check on them, and cook 5 min.... until you achieve the perfect crisp for you. most awesomeness!!!!

Love these, although if you're looking for an even healthier version you can spray the dried kale pieces with some cooking spray then season to taste. So gooood!

I've made these a few times, and every time the cook time is different. There's a thin line between crisp and burnt. What works for me is: Cook for 10 minutes, check. If need be, cook for 5 more, check, if need be, cook for 5 more, etc.
I've also added a dash of vinegar before cooking--On Nom Nom

These taste good as soon as they come out of the oven, but smell terrible after an hour or so in the house. I had packaged some into a tupperware to take in my lunch, and I couldn't even keep them open in the office, they smelled so bad! If you make these, keep them in your own home.

Took much longer to crisp up at 275-i ended up baking for 40 minutes. they tasted bitter so maybe some of them burned-hard to tell bcause of the dark color. also, i put on too much salt. next time will try baking at a higher temp and without salt.

I like to try the latest and greatest healthy foods but this one I can't handle. I feel like I'm eating salty tissue paper. I forced myself to eat several of these because I couldn't understand why these received such great review. I even called my friends that recommended these to make sure that I made these correct. These just aren't for me.

Pretty tasty. It took much longer and at a higher temp for the kale to crisp up and be sure to not put too much olive oil on it.

I LOVED this! I actually used baby kale from CostCo. It's already washed and dried, so you don't have to worry about that step. I didn't even have to snip the stems because they crisped up perfectly. HIGHLY recommended for a non-Kale lover!

These are addicting! I baked them on a rack over a baking sheet so I wouldn't have to turn them and that worked great. The smaller pieces were extra crunchy and the prized pieces in my house, so be sure to break down the leaves into smaller pieces like the recipe instructs.

The only thing I will change next time is I'll leave the olive oil out - it didn't seem necessary.
