    Very good! I added smoked paprika and they were really good. My husband did not care for them. You really do have to love kale, which I do to enjoy and appreciate these. I will definitely make these again just for me! ;

    I was so excited to make these & so disappointed by what they tasted like. I am a vegetable person & wanted to love these, but they were disgusting. I threw them in the garbage. The house smelled horrible for hours afterwards. I do not know what would improve the taste of them. I think maybe you need to really love kale to accept these as "chips." A lot of people love them, so if you have some kale give them a try, but maybe have a back up snack plan for that day :

    These are good healthy snacks to have on hand and while they aren't difficult to make, they are a bit time consuming with the washing and drying. I tried three varieties, plain salt, salt and pepper and salt and cayenne pepper. The cayenne was definitely the best! I think I might try salt and vinegar next assuming I can find dried vinegar.

    I tried this recipe with salad savoy kale (purple and white - amazing results. Picky kids loved it and it was a huge hit at our 'healthy' dinner party. I wish there were a place to post pictures here!

    I was so surprised at these. I am not a veggie person at all. Mostly I get veggies through juicing. Having bought a ton of kale for juicing, I wanted to see if there was any other way to use it. So glad Melissa gave this recipe! Easy as can be, my 10 yr old and I devoured them right out of the oven. I thought I used very little salt, but they were still just a bit salty. So use even less than you think! Thanks Melissa!

    Have a hard time believing people actually like these! I am not a picky eater at all, and these went in the garbage!

    Oh my gosh - I didn't think that I liked Kale! I love these and will try them with parmesan cheese next time. On warning: be careful not to over salt.

    So good, make these all the time. To make them healthier i use a refillable mister-pump to put on the oil instead of pouring and tossing, you get a much lighter oil application and they still come out super crispy. Love to add chopped garlic or a little parmesean cheese to them sometimes, mix it up a little.

    These are excellent. My daughter made a batch while visiting over the holidays and between the two of us we polished them off. Just be careful when salting as it can stick to small areas, which then taste very salty. I might even forgo the seasoning as they are excellent without. Stores are carrying containers of these for several dollars and for this price you can make a large batch.
