Loved this recipe! I always want to use kale and other greens, but boil them to death is not what I am looking for. I used kale and I also tried swiss chard that I grew myself! What a hit! Also, I hate when people use this rating experience wrong! I saw one comment that had nothing to do with the recipe..seemed to have everything wrong with the Cook!

This was amazing!! Even my 14 month old daughter loved them. I did cook them at 275 for 30 minutes and then just leave them in the oven for another 30 minutes to completely dry out. They came out crispy and delicious.
It's great to have a good winter vegetable option. These are so cheap too!

I LOVED these tasty little bites of kale. Crispy like potato chips, but much healthier!

I made these after seeing the show. During the show she says to roast them at 250 degrees. I did just that for approx 50 mins.Turning about halfway through, They came out perfect.Kept a dark green color but became crispy. I used them to top the tomato soup which came our awesome as well. I used the pre washed/cut kale and have already used up the entire bag. It was so easy. My huband and I loved it! Thank you Melissa.

I thought these were okay; but my husband and three boys did not like them at all. I applaud Melissa for getting a kale newbie to try out this dish!

The only reason I tried these is because Melissa has never had a bad recipe. Kale?? Are you kidding? BUT, Melissa has made me a believer - they were great - easy to make - and good for the kids!

I thought these were great. I did have to bake them closer to 30 minutes for them to crisp. Also, I just used a little bit of olive oil cooking spray instead of the oil.

These were unbelievable. I had never tried kale chips but I made this menu for dinner tonight and decided to give it a go. My husband and I absolutely loved them! I can see how they might be useful in getting kids to eat their veggies... I used about a tsp of coarse sea salt, which was way too salty for us. Next time I will use just a pinch of fine sea salt and will add some cayenne perhaps.
