These are so tasty! I suggest that you go easy on the seasoning, because the kale doesn't have much flavor at all once baked. Some of mine were overwhelmingly salty. They were perfectly crisp and delicious, though.

Look, it's really unfair to say you hate them and she writes terrible recipies when the only ingredients are kale, olive oil and seasoning. Clearly it's the kale itself you're objecting to, which has nothing to do with the recipie. I never tried kale before, and they were okay. But the technique was perfectly fine. They were toasting and crisp, and well seasoned. I had two sheet pans full, so I had to rotate them half way through and did them for 15 mintues each time, total 30. If you like kale at all, you will love this. I will make them occasionally to get more healthy veggies in my diet.

These were a huge hit! They did not even make it to the table. My kids and I just stood in front of the stove and ate the entire tray. I made sure the kale was completely dry before I baked them, and I did have bake for 25 minutes.
We will make this again and again.

The key to this recipe is making sure the kale is DRY. If there is any water on the leaves it will wilt, stink and be horrible. Otherwise it is heavenly! I added a touch of garlic powder and could have eaten ten times more it was so DELISH.

YUMMY! these are the weirdest and yummiest veggie chips I've eaten. They taste delicious and my favorite part is how crispy and delicate they turn out. I baked mine for 25 minutes. I can eat a ton of kale if its served like this.

These were very easy. My kitchen smelled delicious! It was the first time I ever tasted kale and I can honestly say that I loved it!!!! The bunch of kale I purchased was only 79 cents so it's very inexpensive for a healthy snack.

I made this recipe and had to pull it out of the oven after 12 minutes. The smell was a combination of cabbage, broccoli and cauliflower all cooking at once. Made the house stink. However, the few that did crisp up tasted great. The rest was wilted, like spinach, and I will use it in a salad. If you can tolerate the odor, they are good.

I love kale, BUT this recipe is horrible. It totally ruined the taste of the kale. It's so disappointing to spend time getting everything and preparing it only for it to come out like toasted mop fibers.
