    This is exactly what I need to feed my afternoon cravings for salty and crunchy. Very delicious - and all the more so because I know its do healthy for me!

    YUMMY - A perfect afternoon savory snack.... Did the trick to cure my afternoon food craving. Easy to prepare.. And I thought I HATE kale.

    I'm giving 5 stars to a recipe that I didn't like. I'm doing that because the technical execution of it is excellent. I WANT to like Kale. I guess I still don't. But the texture of these chips was to die for! I'm going to try this with other hearty greens that I like the taste of. Definitely keep the oil light, but take the time to "massage" all the greens until evenly covered. Don't overcrowd the pan or over salt. I went with Melissa's 275 degrees. If you like the taste of Kale, you are going to LOVE this. Thanks Melissa, can I put in a request that you come up with a way to do this with spinach? ;

    I can't wait to make these again. I used a bit of olive oil mixed with cajun seasoning in a small bowl. Then poured that on the kale and tossed to coat well. Baked at 275 for about 15 minutes-watch them closely as there is a fine line between done and overdone. You could use a variety of spices and seasonings. Yum!

    Yummy! I also agree to not oversalt them. I also think that my oven is a little off, so I set it to 280. It took the entire 20 minutes. I had never had kale before, but I love any kind of cabbage, broccoli, brussel sprouts. I think you have to enjoy that kind of taste to appreciate these.

    This was the perfect temp for my oven. I have tried making kale chips a few other times at 350 or so and they ended up too burnt-tasting. This recipe was delicious!

    Um, yeah. I think I just inhaled a whole bushel of kale as these kale chips. An oil mister would be a great idea, as my first batch came out a little too oily. Second batch was perfect.
