Really delicious, who doesn't love tortilla's and cheese fried in a bit of oil. The sauce is really the best part. I will definitely make the sauce to use with other mexican dishes.

I actually tried this recipe instead of making pointless comments (get a life people. This was easy, quick and tasty. I love the sour cream, lime sauce and cilantro to finish it off. Nice snack when you're in a hurry.

every chef out there has imitated some other chefs ideas,i see some martha in ina but that doesn't mean she's an imposter.they were good friends and i'm sure they've both gotten ideas from each other and changed recipes around a bit.i don't care for sandra lee but i'm not going to ask to have her show taken off the air, obviously there are many out there who like her ideas....it's called personal choices....evidently with all her 5 star reviews she's doing something right.

Trying out recipes for a planned party in March, and this one gets added to the list. Next time we'll actually read the entire recipe before starting (see I learned something from Worst Cooks in America!. It's still delicious if you mix the sour cream stuff with the cheddar instead of drizzling it over the top. I could eat these until I gained 5 pounds.

We made these last night to munch on before the Superbowl, and they were good. They were easy to make, and we liked the sour cream and lime sauce that was drizzled over the top. We did feel that the quesadillas needed a few more things, so we added some thinly sliced tomatoes and some jalapeno peppers before broiling. I think this is a tasty snack that serves as a good base for cooks to add whatever they want. We will be making these again.

I love, love, love Melissa's show. However if your going to do a Super Bowl party show...PLEASE don't try to do it for $10. I would have loved to see you go all out. If I served that for a super bowl party, they would take my party license away! It's ok to spend more then $10 for special occasions.

I love your recipes, and do make many of the ones you have on the show. You also have many, many great tips. I think our show would be better if you dropped the $10 for 4 people. You can still give tips on saving money without trying to serve 4 people on $10.

Just like Melissa did on her show, I made these for my husband during the Super Bowl and he loved them (so did I!. They are delicious and easy to make - I especially loved the lime-sour cream. I used whole wheat tortillas, reduced-fat cheddar and reduced-fat sour cream to make it a bit healthier and it was great. Thanks, Melissa!

Well, I accidentally put the sour cream mix on the tortilla's before the cheese and before broiling and it was still wonderful!!!!

Same premise different slant. The technique she used is a good idea. Like an open faced grilled cheese. I used make open faced grilled cheese to save the calories from the extra slice of bread.

The tortilla toasted up perfect. I like the sauce that she added. Lime and cilantro are one of my favorite combos. Yum...We actually ate this for Saturday brunch.
