My husband and I caught this show Sunday when surfing the channels. Looks like a tasty and easy to make snack for our Super Bowl evening. My husband even volunteered to make. You can't beat that!

Where I agree with everyone that these tasted GREAT! Is it really a recipe?? It's basically cheese on a tortilla that was melted. I was a little disappointed with Melissa on this one. Pretty much anyone could come up with this.

I made these quesadillas for a snack today and they were so good. The sour cream topping is wonderfully tangy and absolutely delicious!

Love your show, and your recipes!! Very quick, easy and delicious.

Have to say to those who have nothing but negative things to say...get a life. Don't you have anything better to do than to criticize someone who is fabulous at what she is doing???

I've been trying to find a recipe that taste like these every since living in Tucson and having these at Tia Elenas...now if I could find out how they made their sour cream enchiladas!

Great show, I'll make an effort to watch!

Melissa's recipes are awesomely tasty as well as practical and affordable. Nobody needs to hear your negative and trollish comments. I'm glad your post was removed so I didn't have to read it. Remember, freedom of speech is a privilege, not a right!
