This a definite winner at the breakfast table. One of the best breakfast sandwiches that can be made with simple and healthy ingredients. A bit of a tangy taste due to the orange juice and orange zest but the crunchy cereal helped it come all together. This will be a staple at the breakfast in the future. Thanks Melissa!

While it may have 20g of fat, it is part of the most important meal of the day, breakfast! This is when everyone must fuel up for the entire day. Also, based on a 2,000 calorie diet, one can also have 60g of fat a day. This is one third of the intake for the day, and it is one third of the meal plan (breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There is nothing wrong with it being 20g of fat, just cut the fat down on lunch and dinner. One does not need that much food before going to bed anyway! Maybe add some fruit, besides the marmalade, which is sugar, such as strawberries to give more nutritional value as well. The sodium and cholesterol may be a bit high as well, but just don't make this for breakfast everyday!
