    Love you lots, Melissa but, for me, this recipe didn't work. The Greek yogurt overshadowed all the flavors. Possibly heating the curry powder before using would be one suggestion. Another would be to reverse the amounts of yogurt with the mayonaise. For me, this recipe was bland.

    I had no idea we could put curry on egg salad I am so glad I tried it my family loved it and I will be making this dish often.
