I really enjoyed these. I knew my kids wouldn't want the green onions, so I left them out and added some granulated garlic. Not great leftover, but good right out of the oven.

The green onions and parmesan cheese are a perfect combination. I only had baking soda available and it still worked. I had to add a tablespoon of greek yogurt and it worked. It was crumbly but still moist. I would bake it at a lower temperature next time though since I tend to make them bigger.

These were very bland biscuits even after I added garlic salt to the batter. The texture was terrible too. I will stick to my other biscuit recipe in the future, fewer ingredients and dishes to wash but much more flavor. I've loved every recipe I've made of Melissa's but this was a bust.

Easy to make. You have to watch these in the oven. I doubled the recipe to increase the yield. My family enjoyed them.

These were ok. Definitely not my favorite biscuit recipe, but the green onion/parmesan flavors were a nice change. I made 8 biscuits from the recipe instead of 12, and I DO know the difference between baking powder and baking soda, and they still came out small and hard. It was a very easy recipe, though, and they were edible.

This was not the best biscuit recipe nor the worst. I enjoyed it for change. I will probably make it again, but it won't become a go-to recipe.

These are SUPER easy! It only took me about 15 minutes to get them in the oven. They are a tad bit dry though and need more salt or seasoning. Good for serving with soup or something to dip in.
I will say though that the estimate of 12 biscuits is if you make very small bite size biscuits. I double the recipe and come out with 12 "biscuit" size biscuits. Don't really have the time to scoop out 24 tiny ones so my husband and son can eat 2-3 at a time. :
Good with chedder and garlic powder instead of green onion and parm, too.
