I made them with all white flour and they were FANTASTIC. Very light and flavorful. I will definitely be making them again. I suspect "sour grapes" as the source of the negative comments - she won the contest fair and square and recipes like this reaffirm her success.

The biscuits were ok. They were not as flavorful as I had hoped they would be (we detected no real flavor from the parm. I have made drop biscuits before and should have known to add a bit more baking powder to get a little more height on the biscuit. Overall, not a bad biscuit ~ just nothing special.

I thought this was an excellent drop biscuit. As you recall from her show, these biscuits are made to dip in broth. I thought these were very easy and just right. Thanks Melissa!

This is an excellent biscuit recipe. Quick, tasty and the parmesan do kick it up a notch! I added a tsp of dill weed as I was serving the biscuits with a vegetable soup ? oh, yum!

I wouldn't waste my time making them again. Too bad I used the real Parmesan cheese. I used whole wheat cake flour and the flavor overpowered the cheese and green onion. I am feeding them to the birds. PETUNIA

My favorite drop biscuit recipe is made with heavy cream, no butter. I thought I would try Melissa's recipe to use when we get the urge for biscuits but don't have heavy cream in the frig. They were delicious! So moist and a great flavor. Will make them again this week and for a change-up will add shredded cheddar and maybe some bacon pieces. Thanks, Melissa, for another great, quick & easy recipe.

The outside has a crunch and the inside is fluffy. I used garlic instead of cheese and onions (my daughter is allergic to cheese. They turned out yummy.

My 14-year-old daughter made these bisquits today with all white flour (didn't have wheat flour in the pantry and they were awesome!! They turned out nice and crispy on the outside and light and fluffy on the inside. She was so proud! Wonderful recipe!
