Melissa, I made this for my Melissa and we both loved it. She has Celiac Disease and needs to be gluten-free. So she gravitates towards Indian & Thai food and this recipe was just perfect. I did not add the tomatoes at the end because she hates tomatoes. What I did add was a little sriracha red chili paste at the end and just stirred it in. It is spicy that way but we like that. Fabulous recipe!! Thanks!!

Came out "soupy". I think the can of tomatoes should have been drained as the flavor overpowered the sauce even after I took out most of the tomatoes. Not at all what I expected.

This was a really good Curry. It leans more to Thai with the Lime Zest and juice at the end. so many good flavors going on in this dish. Good comfort food along with the coconut milk rice. I used chicken tenders, very easy to work with. Added Mushrooms too. Delicious! Thanks Melissa.

Followed the recipe exactly and it was fantastic! We eat at Indian restaurants, and this is as good as it gets. My husband asked whose recipe it was and now asks for her food. Will be making it for company. As other reviewers have done, I now have a separate Melissa D'Arabian folder. She should have another show where she is not limited to Ten Dollars. Two shows would be great!

Made this tonight for dinner and it was Great. The family really loved it and they are picky eaters. The coconut rice was also wonderful as well. Will make this again for sure.

Loved, loved, loved this recipe - used lite coconut milk and added some red pepper flakes - it was so easy and very yummy. Making it again tonight for the second time this week with shrimp! A new staple recipe for me.

This was my first attempt at making Thai food. What a great introduction! I only added about 2 TBSP of curry paste because I thought it would be too spicy. It wasn't. I could have added more, but now I have some left over to use when I make it with shrimp. I couldn't find my lime, so I used a mix of lemon and clementine orange juices. It was fantastic. I would make this again in a heartbeat!
