This recipe was good but I wouldn't say delicious. It is definitely time consuming. Pineapple salsa wasn't bad and I don't care for avocados. I wouldn't make it again.

This recipe is absolutely delicious. Second time I used Mahi Mahi and cut the olive oil in half in a couple of places. I have made many of Melissa's recipes and find that most of them are yummy, have great family appeal, and easy to prepare. Thanks!

My husband and I loved this dish. I used cod instead of tilapia and had a great result. I may have added too much salt to the drained and rinsed beans (cannelini by mistake but otherwise this was a hit. I have a wonderful mexican rice recipe that complemented all of the elements of this dish very well. I grilled the fish on a gas grill in a grill pan that I coated with Pam rather than broiling it to avoid the in-house fish smell. We will make this again. Thanks, Melissa, for so many great and relatively easy recipes on your show!

This recipe is a regular for us now. It is so delicious. Love the crispy way the fish turns out.

This is just fabulous. The combination of flavors is fantastic. I have made the entire recipe twice, and the salsa several times. Leave out the honey--it is sweet enough with the pineapple juice. If you follow the instructions, it is just fine. I have also made it with just the fish and salsa. I cooked the fish, in the marinade, whole, under the broiler--family just loved it. The only thing I struggled with was getting the tortillas crispy and light like in a restaurant, but it could have been because I was using organic ones, which are not as light as the regular ones.

The flavors of this dish were delicious. My husband and I thought the combination of the beans with the fish were very good. The salsa I would easily make again for other fish dishes. The only reason I did not give this recipe 5 stars is that I found it very fussy to prepare: 4 separate pieces have to be pulled together. If I had a family of 4 I definitely would not make this on a weeknight since it takes too long. In the future, I'll make the salsa and beans ahead of time and keep then in the refrigerator. Overall, its very yummy but very fussy.

I liked this dish much better than the rest of my family. They weren't crazy about the fish/bean combination. I made the tortillas into taco shells, which made it much easier to manage. The salsa was definitely needed. Otherwise it was just way too bland. Overall, it was a lot of prep work for a not-so-great result. Next time, I'd grill the fish, use fresh pineapple and maybe try a black bean topper.
