Overall, I really liked this recipe! My family loved the beans, but the salsa was not my favorite. Next time, I will buy a pre-made fruit salsa.

Had some Ono and used this recipe for the marinade. Marinated for half an hour. It was awesome. And so easy. Will do again.

I fried the corn tortillas into taco shells to make them easier to eat, other than that I stuck to the recipe. The beans weren't bad and the salsa would have been better without the avocado, since that turned it to mush. The fish didn't have much flavor at all.
This recipe was not worth the effort. Sorry Mellisa

My husband hates fish, so when he came home and I was cooking fish tacos, he said he would not eat it. He now requests this recipe monthly. I have to make a double recipe everytime I make it. Thank you, we love this recipe.

great recipe, we have ready made flat tostadas here in south texas, loved how the fish was made and broiled, only 2 of us so did it in my toaster oven, love white beans, also tried with refried beans out of a can, just as good, usde more chilies and less fruity stuff, but very good. you have a great show, love to watch everyday!

Delicious. Family favorite that has made it into a regular rotation at my house. I can't get it $10 or less, because the fish alone is $10+... Regardless the flavors are worth it!

This was delicious! The layers of flavor were outstanding. Made it this evening and we all loved it. Only tweaked it a bit. I cooked the tortillas on the rack in the oven until crisp, and added cayenne and red pepper flakes to the beans. I also lightened it up by only using oil spray. When I made the salsa I said this is going to be my favorite part...said the same thing after I made the beans...same thing again as the fish came out of the oven...every single part was delicious...especially after building the tostadas. Yummy!!!

I thought this was great and something different. The beans made a nice bottom layer on the fried corn tortilla, the fish had a refreshing garlic and lime flavor and the pineapple salsa was excellent. I also topped mine with shredded cabbage and sour cream.
My husband was not crazy about this dish as I knew he wouldn't be.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these recipes!! We have made these several times in the past year, and my kids love them & so do I!!!! I buy the already fried tostadas to save a little time, and I use fresh pineapple, but this is one of our faves!!!!

I made this dish last night for my family, and although it was tasty, it took WAY to long to prepare. I probably won't make it again because I do feel that the end result was not worth all that effort. Also, the cost was well over $10.00.
