Foul and disgusting, I wouldn't feed this to my dog--he wouldn't eat it, after all he has better taste.

What a great fish recipe. I made them tonite and my family loved them. I made each part of the recipe and had everything ready when the fish came out of the broiler and just had to assemble them. Keep the great recipes coming, Melissa.

I deconstructed it...fish on top of the beans w/o the tostada or salsa. My 10-year-old inhaled the dish! I also added a little orange zest & juice to the marinade and saved a little marinade to drizzle on top when I served it. Also put a couple of orange supremes on top with a couple slices of avacado when I plated with sprinkle of cilantro. A little lime juice on the beans brightened the flavor. I think I put in too much oregano - be careful. Loved it and will make it again!

This is an excellent recipe! I wouldn't change a thing. We rarely have fish at home and I am attempting to increase my fish recipe collection. This is definitely a keeper. You can really taste the "layering of flavors". I never would have thought of using beans with fish. We haven't been big fans of cilantro or avocado but they really work in this recipe. I have tried several of Melissa's recipes and she never let me down. Can't wait til next Sunday.

Made the whole dinner tonight--even though we have never wanted to eat fish tacos. It was delicious and my husband kept commenting on how good it was--and how fresh it tasted--and how amazingly it all went together. I made Spanish rice and we barely touched it--this doesn't look filling, but it is. He raved about it being good enough for company dinners. This is right up there with the braised pork and French cut steak as new family favorites--and my family is very, very picky.

I did not make the whole dish. I made the beans as the recipes instructs except that I used black beans. I served the beans with corn tortillas, avocado, lime, and cilantro and the tacos were delicious. The beans were great, my kids loved them. I never would have tried oregano ......but it was very, very good.

My family loved this dish. The pineapple salsa was so flavorful and light. I can't wait to prepare this in the summer and serve dinner on the deck. The dish for some reason reminds me of summer. I used canned white beans to save time and it was still good! Great recipe!

Loved this recipe!!! I used corn tortillas and just warmed them with no oil. The salsa was to die for. My husband kept saying muummmm this is good! You can do that again. Took just a little longer than expected to make. Worth the wait though. I would use that marinade for grilled tilapia too! Thanks Melissa!
