This was an absolute hit. My husband and I loved it. Made a great presentation as well. I used Wild Alaskan Cod. Followed the recipe how it is written. Great! Husband gave it a 10!

Love this! I was looking for a creative way to add flavor to flounder without relying on traditional stuffing, since I am on a low fat, low cholesterol diet. I made this recipe, minus the butter, and with a bit of Mrs. Dash for extra flavor, and it was wonderful!
We are fish lovers, but flounder can be really bland and boring. This preparation added zip!

Another winner from Melissa! My 5 and 3 year olds were eating it up...so were Mom and Dad. I used veggies I had already like red pepper and vidalia onions instead of buying ingredients. I only bought thyme...all other items were already there waiting on me. We certainly eat our share of fast food and chicken nuggets but NOTHING compares to the feeling I get feeding my kids healthy and yummy food that isn't dumbed down. Maybe this is the experience Melissa has with her children and what can work for the whole family. Thanks, Melissa!

I mostly grill my fish for dinners but thought I would try this recipe to mix things up. I was really disappointed with the outcome. Although I found the fish and the vegetables to be cooked perfectly the entire dish lacked flavor. I like the concept but the fish needs more seasoning and something extra to give it some life. It didn’t absorb the lemon, thyme, or wine at all (my packets were definitely completely sealed. I won’t be making this again.

This was really, very good!!! Assembling the fish, veg, and herbs was not difficult at all. I served everyone their own packets on their plate and passed the scissors. Very, very flavorful. Everyone kept going on at the table how tasty and all the flavors they could taste. Its a real winner. So moist too! Thank you Melissa for another keeper!

Very good. I used catfish filets, I put 2 in each "Packet" and used sherry cooking wine instead of white wine. I also put blackened seasoning on the fish instead of salt & pepper, didn't have red onion so I used yellow but this recipe was still good! My 13 yr old even enjoyed it.

This was so delicious! Perfect combination of flavors makes a very tasty sauce. I can see offering this to anyone who turns their nose up on fish. A word of caution, I stepped away for a few moments after I put the veggies together and the salt pulled the liquid out of them and they appeared a little soggy. Next time I will be faster with the assembly! Increased the cooking time to 18 minutes with good results. I used the stapler trick, good tip, thanks.
