This dish is amazing! I used basa fish, which I never had before- but that's what looked the best at the store. I also used a white onion rather than red and herbs de provence rather than fresh thyme. The sauce was delicious and my husband and I practically licked our plates clean! Along side, I served store bought tortellini with Giada's brown butter-balsamic sauce (also super yummy!

Thanks Melissa! I can't wait to make this again!

This was my first ever attempt at cooking fish at home, and it came out great. I used tilapia because that's what looked good that day, but followed the recipe otherwise. A definite keeper...healthy and flavorful.

I substituted some veggies with a mix of fresh veggies from the garden (carrots, cucumbers, and peppers and used frozen orange roughy. EXCELLENT. Can't wait to try it again.

I have cooked this twice because my husband and I loved it. I used Halibut because we just got back from Alaska fishing and have tons of it! I did use a little Creole seasoning on the chicken and it was wonderful. Thanks

My boyfriend only had one word to say about it... "YUMS". I used Talapia and dried thyme instead of fresh, and it was still great !

Thanks Melissa, this one is a keeper !

We did this recipe tonight using Petrale Soul. We split the recipe in half since it was just for 2, and the portions and flavors turned out perfectly. The veggies cooked exactly al dente, The only change we made was cooking it just a tad bit longer (we cooked it for 15 minutes and then let it set for about 5 minutes. The flavors were spot on (I just pressed the lemon juice from the lemons before removing and the fish was cooked to perfection. We served it withBasmatti rice with almonds and thyme, along with some french string beans. My husband doesn't do fish, so we're expanding his horizons and this was the perfect dish!

I just made this recipe using cod. I made 2 servings but left the other amounts the same. I didn't have any wine open, and didn't want to open a bottle so I just squeezed extra lemon juice in. I served it with brown rice to soak up all of the yummy juice. This is certainly a dish to serve guests, and I'm sure to have it in the front of my recipe file! Thanks Melissa!

I shared the recipe with a fellow "foodie" friend, and it inspired me to create a french course them for her birthday dinner. We started of with steamed artichokes with a tangy lemon sauce that totally complimented the fish. The fish was fabulous, and I would definitely make this recipe over and over again. The only thing I'd add is possibly a little more seasoning.
