Super simple and super delicious dish. I pumped up the lemon flavor by adding the lemon zest as well and served it with grilled asparagus. This is now one of our favs.

This is a really easy and fast dinner. It can be made lighter without losing any flavor by cutting the butter in half. We have enjoyed this dish several times because it is so good with an added bonus that it is a very low calorie entree! This is on our favorite list!

My husband and I loved this dish. We both love capers. It had just the right blend of lemon and capers. The dish was not drowning in sauce. We served it over spagetti. Our grocery store had a special on tilpia, buy one packeage get 2 free. So we were swimming in fillets. With this recipe I'm so glad I have tilapia on hand. Quick and so much flavor!

I loved the fish by itself. The sauce was very salty and bitter. I will not try the sauce again.

My husband and I loved it! Not only was it tasty (my husband called it the best fish we've made at home, but super fast to make. Thanks for a great recipe - we will definately make this again!

Delicious! I'm not a big fan of capers, but it works in the recipe.

Chicken Piccata and Francais were always two of my favorite meals but never turned out perfect for some reason when I attempted them. This fish option, which I will try with pounded chicken breast and/or thighs sometime soon, was nothing short of amazing and awesome; and it was the simplest recipe I ever tried. Btw the way I used brown rice flour instead of white wheat and the consistency was still fine restaurant quality. Thank you Melissa and all reviewers and Namaste!

Easy and delicious. Cut the recipe in half for the two of us and it was just right. I used grouper. I, too, made the lemon angel hair pasta to go with it and it really made a nice dish. Served with roasted asparagus and cherry tomatoes for some color. A beautiful Valentine's Day dinner!

Really delicious and easy to prepare, this will be a go-to fish recipe for me. The lemons I had were VERY juicy, so--believe it or not--I used only half of one...to great results! I imagine the juice of two lemons would have completely overwhelmed the other flavors. Just use your judgement, I guess.
