Very easy, which I totally like. Everything went well but for some reason they were hollow inside. I would also not cook them as long, maybe 27-30 min. I will make these again, my family liked them. I will also add different items, like cheese and spices. Great recipe.

So easy to make. I was nervous not opening the oven door and ended up looking at them with about three minutes to go. Glad I did as they were already a little too brown. Next time I will cut the time down by about 5 minutes but all ovens can vary. They rose nicely and the guys loved them. Thanks

It was so easy to make and taste good except little too salty. No salt next time. 4 stars because It took 29 min and too dark brown already. But, I'll try again at 375' 35min. or at 400' 27min!! is there anyone have better idea who had same problem?

Followed the recipe exactly and they didn't puff up. Resembled a hockey puck. Dense and tasteless.

I had no idea popovers were so easy!!!!! These were absolutely delicious. I definitely will make these again and again. I also plan on experimenting with mini-muffin tins and filling the mini popovers with chocolate or whipped cream like my local bakery does.

I am a grandma who loves popovers but I have never made them before. I will now probably make them on a weekly basis. I could not believe how easy these were to put together (I had them in the overn by the time my fresh coffee was finished. I baked them in my toaster oven and could turn on a light so I could see them pop and I was very excited. And, oh boy, are they good!! The only change I made was in the seasoning. I do not add salt to anything (and have not for about 20 years. Instead, I replaced the salt with a teaspoon of Mrs. Dash no salt seasoning. I used the basic mix but I can see using the zesty when I am having something like chili or if I am having something that is bland like eggs. I wonder how a little sweetener and maybe some pumpkin pie spice might work?
I love watching Melissa over most of the hosts. Her foods always sound so delicious and easy. I also enjoy the Neely's and Brian Boitano.
I used a silicone muffin pan and was thrilled to see that it worked too since I do not have a metal pan..

I made these and they are super easy but next time I will make a few adjustments. First, I burned the butter. I had to wipe all of the burnt butter out of the muffin "cups" before I added the butter. Next time, I will heat the muffin tin first and then butter the tin....this way my butter won't burn. Second, mine were ready in 27 minutes so just keep an eye on them. Also, I will add garlic powder or some type of cheese and/or seasoning to them to make them even yummier. All in all, a great and easy recipe!
