These were super-easy and my family LOVED THEM!!! Definitely a repeat and keeper in my recipe collection. This is my first attempt at popovers and I was very happy and surprised with the results

These were pretty good, and I just thought it was so cool how they really just explode out of the muffin tins. I think they would be good with some cheese! Otherwise I felt they were a little bland. Not bad overall though.

Not only was this the first popover I've had in years, it's the first time I've ever made them myself! What a fabulous and simple recipe! I even dusted off my (seldom-used blender just to make them! I may invest in a non-stick muffin pan though, as I had to "coax" them out of the pan :
Since all ingredients were on hand, I fixed the popovers as a side for our ham dinner tonight along with two other FN recipes ... Aaron's Herb Roasted Tomatoes & Ina's Parmesan-Roasted Broccoli. I dipped the popovers in the flavored olive oil mixture that was left on the pan from roasting the tomatoes ... delicious!!

Just made these and they are great. I added garlic powder, black pepper, and parsely for a little extra flavor. Awesome!

Thank you Melissa for an easy and yummy popover. Maybe just a hint of lemon zest is all I would add to this...
