very good and easy to follow. Big hit with the family for Christmas dinner. I added herbs to mine which made it even better

My family and I were SO excited when these turned out perfectly! I felt like an accomplished chef. Thank you, Melissa! These are delicious and so simple to make. I will make them often! I can't wait to impress more family at Christmas!

An easier popover couldn't be possible! We used fat-free milk, and I worried that might affect the result; they were still perfect. We made a homemade strawberry compound butter to serve with the popovers, and they were the perfect Sunday breakfast.

This recipie was pretty good. They were a little plain so for next time I would add some extra flavor like cheese and/or herbs. Also the 3 Tablespoons of butter in the recipie went a long way. I didn't need to add any extra when I went to eat them.

Almost every time I go to the gym to work out I find the televisions are playing the Food Network! (where is the logic in that?. So, yesterday I watched this show and I've just made both the cabbage dish and these popovers....I did as another reader did and made for 12 (multiplied each ingredient by 1.5. Another reader suggested buttering the muffin tins AFTER they were heated so I used a pastry brush to do so. I filled each standard muffin cup almost to the brim...I was worried they'd spill over but THEY DID NOT! They rose beautifully and are very light and airy. Woo hoo!
