Loved these, cheaper and just as easy as some kind of crescent rolls.

They were great, my fiance loved them too.

I remembered popovers from my childhood, and when I saw Melissa's recipe, I could not help myself and had to make them. They are absolutely wonderful! Light, airy, and yummy. My son, daughter and grandchildren cannot get enough of them. We make them once a week now! Thanks, Melissa, for another GREAT recipe for the everyday cook! Your recipes are certainly for the Americans who enjoy tasty, home-cooked favorites! Keep 'em coming!

My family loved these! I undercooked them the first time. They looked "golden" early so I panicked. I put them back in and they still turned out fine. Will definitely make again.

My 11 year old son loves these and asks for them all the time.
They are so easy to make, with ingredients I always have on hand, so
more often than not I get to spoil him and add these on to dinner.
Keep up the great work, Melissa. I feel like I always learn some great new
tip from you on every show!

These were a total hit at dinner last night! I'd made a huge pot roast with lots of rich gravy, and I sat at the table, and watched my son peer down into the vent hole I'd made in the top of the popover, then he grabbed the gravy dish, and filled that baby full of hot rich beef gravy...when he cut into it with his fork, I reached for the gravy too!!! I made these exactly as directed and they turned out just perfect. Thanks Melissa for a winner!!

First of all congrats for winning Melissa! Second, I just love your show! My 12 years old son and I watched this show he made these pop overs and they came out wonderful! I was a little concerned when I saw that the butter looked like it was burnt when we preheated the pan...but it didn't seem to matter. They are so so easy and fast to make that I have been making them at least once a week since this show aired. Now I can't wait to try that skirt steak recipe!

When I made these years ago, you had part of them in the muffin tin that stayed for the base part, then the rest of it puffed up over the top. I followed these just like it said, but when I went to take them out of the pan, all I had was a big puff ball sitting on top of each muffin cup with nothing below it. Kind of bland, I'm sure they would be better with some jelly or jam.

It has been YEARS since I made popovers and mine always came out ok (Ive tried many different recipes but this recipe really works! When I saw this episode on Melissa's show I decided to add it to my recipe folder. I think preheating the muffin tin and warming the milk before adding it to the ingredients are key secrets to this recipe along with forcing yourself to not peek at the popovers while they are in the oven. If you follow the recipe exactly I don't see how you can go wrong. Kudos to you Melissa!!!! And I love your show!

Not to much flavor, kind of bland the second time I add fresh thyme, chives ,cut the salt and add couple of TBP. of parmesan they were much better, and you only need to preheat the muffin pan for 2 min. so it dosen't burn.

These were ridiculously easy to make and came out perfectly! Another brilliant recipe here - these puffed right up and were crispy outside, fluffy and creamy inside just as promised. (I wish I could give this six stars. I made them for dinner, and they stayed perfectly puffed and warm for 40 minutes while I made the rest of the meal - that is, except for the one my husband couldn't resist eating right away! We had leftovers and they stayed puffed and tasty even for breakfast the next morning.

Advice to the few negative reviewers here: FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS exactly as written, and you'll have great results.

Seriously, Melissa, stop giving your recipes away to FN and publish a cookbook. You have the best concept on the network and your recipes ROCK!
